At Baan Agency, our goal is to deliver exceptional marketing services and results. We stand by the quality of our work, but we also understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment.
• Refunds apply only to unused services or campaigns that have not yet been launched.
• Work already completed (strategy sessions, creative assets, ad spend) is non-refundable.
