We accept payments via Stripe, which supports major credit cards and secure online transactions. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for the services purchased.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that certain services, once commenced or delivered, are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services. Delays or failures to provide required materials or approvals may result in project delays for which we are not liable.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver optimal results, marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and audience behavior. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, sales figures, or return on investment.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all creative assets, designs, and content produced by Baan Agency remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Baan Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Missoula County, Montana.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
